Having reviewed the brief and clarified the client's requirements, Bulldoza will develop a long-list of agencies from the Bulldoza Accredited Agency Panel.

Before we ask agencies if they would like to be considered for the shortlist, clients can elect to remove any agency from the list at this stage. This may be because they have used them before or because of conflicts. It’s the client's call – it’s your list.

Bulldoza will then circulate an “Expression of Interest” invitation to the agencies on the long-list, along with a request for any additional information required by the client to allow them to distill the shortlist.

The “Expression of Interest” can exclude any specific details and need not include the name of the client company. It can also include a request for additional information or further details that relate specifically to the brief.

Typically, within seven days the client will then be provided with a shortlist of Bulldoza Accredited Agency Panel member agencies that both match the client's needs and approach and who have also expressed an interest in being involved with the project.
