The Bulldoza service is owned and run by Bulldoza Limited. The purpose of the service is to help match clients with suitable online agencies.

Agencies: Agencies are selected from a list of previously accredited agencies. Agencies may apply for accreditation or may be invited to apply. Bulldoza reserve the right to exclude any company from the accredited list for any reason. Only agencies that have been accredited and who have paid their accreditation fee and their monthly fee will be included on the list. Accreditation lapses after 12 months. All agencies need to be re-accredited, for a fee, in order to be re-listed.

Prior to being added to a shortlist or inclusion in a pitch list, agencies will be sent an "Expression of Interest" asking them to confirm that they would like to be considered for a specific job. Agencies MUST reply to the Expression of Interest, or it will be assumed that the agency does not want to be considered for the job/shortlist/pitch. Bulldoza do not guarantee to provide enquiries or pitch opportunities for accredited agencies.

Every agency included on the Accredited Panel is required to indemnify Bulldoza against any damages and/or costs that may be incurred through the actions of the agency.

Clients: Bulldoza reserves the right to accept or reject a client for any reason. We may provide a list of agencies from our accredited panels, but clients are required to decide if an agency is right for them. Bulldoza take no responsibility for the actions and effects of actions taken by any agency provided by Bulldoza.

Accreditation means that we have gone through our accreditation process to assess an agency. This assessment has been designed to allow us to determine who will be listed as an accredited agency. This accreditation does not mean that Bulldoza (Bulldoza) recommends or approve the agency in question. Anyone considering appointing an agency that is currently accredited with Bulldoza should take their own steps to ensure that they are satisfied with the standards and quality of an agency's work and suitability.
